{¶ 1} Respondent, Dennis Armand DiMartino of Youngstown, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0039270, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1987.

{¶ 2} This court has disciplined DiMartino in three previous cases. In 1994, we sanctioned him with a stayed six-month suspension because he had failed to respond to a client’s inquiries, failed to provide that client with a settlement statement, and failed to forward the client’s portion of settlement proceeds.
