Blume, Justice.

The petitioners in this case, Harmon C. Rice and Mary Rice, on December 8, 1930, commenced the publication of the Gillette Daily Journal, and on August 3, 1931, filed a petition in the District Court of Campbell County, asking that the Gillette Daily Journal be declared a newspaper in which notices required to be published by the laws of the State of Wyoming may be legally and validly published.
