Blume, Justice.

This is a Workmen’s Compensation case. The Union Pacific Coal Company was the employer and Andrew Cuthbertson, a coal miner, was the workman. The latter was injured on March 11, 1935, while working for the employer, and as a result of his injuries died on March 14, 1935. He was not married at the time of his death. His parents are James Cuthbertson and Ogda Cuthbertson, residents of Winton, Wyoming. They filed their amended application and claim for award in the district court of Sweetwater County, Wyoming, on June 29, 1935, alleging their relationship to the workman as father…
