The sheriff of Grady county levied an execution, issued in pursuance of the foreclosure of a laborer’s lien in favor of Joe Cannon, upon certain personal property, as the property *539of W. S. Sherrod; and a claim to a portion of this property was interposed -by Eoscoe Luke. Upon the trial of the claim in the city court of Cairo (the judge acting both as judge and jury) the property claimed was found subject to the fi. fa.; and the claimant excepts to this judgment.
