CAFFREY, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff, Raymond Williams (“Williams”) was removed from his position as back-up window distribution clerk at the John F. Kennedy postal station in 1984. This Court previously affirmed a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (“MSPB”) denying Williams’ grievance in connection with the discharge. Defendant, Anthony M. Frank, postmaster general of the United States Postal Service, has now moved for summary judgment on Williams’ claim that he was discriminated against in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et…
