The plaintiff, Arnold Suresky, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a court trial, in favor of the defendants, Joseph Sweedler, William Sweedler, Andrew R. Tarshis, Windsong Allegiance Group, LLC (Windsong), Allegiance Apparel Group, LLC (Allegiance) and Joe Boxer Canada, LP (Joe Boxer), in his action seeking, inter alia, money damages, in which he alleged fraudulent inducement, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, breach of contract and conversion.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court erroneously found that he was not entitled to…
