MEMORANDUM OPINION

EMMET G. SULLIVAN, United States District Judge

Brandy McGinnis brings this action against the District of Columbia (“the District”) and four employees of the Metropolitan Police Department (“the MPD”). Ms. McGinnis claims that her constitutionally protected liberty interest was violated when she was falsely accused of having lied on her application to the MPD and terminated from employment.
