{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment granting a writ of mandamus. We reverse the judgment of the court of appeals and deny the writ because appellees, employees of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections (“the elections board”), have not satisfied their burden to show that appellants, Cuyahoga County Prosecuting Attorney William D.
