The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter called defendants, were convicted in the county court of Texas county on a charge of keeping a house of prostitution, and appeal.

The first assignment of error' is that the evidence does not sustain the verdict. The record discloses ample evidence to sustain the verdict, and, without going into the details, the evidence discloses a state of depravity under which defendants richly merit the punishment imposed.
