This cause involves a condemnation suit filed by the State of Tennessee, acting by and through the City of Memphis, for highway purposes, under the provisions of Chapter 216, Public Acts of 1959. This appeal is with reference to the leasehold of Texaco, Inc. in property located at the intersection of U. S. Highway 70 and White Station Road in Shelby County, Tennessee. As originally filed, Bernard L.
