From an adverse, decision, in an action for a declaratory judgment, the plaintiffs have appealed.

The following pertinent facts appear from the record: • January 10, 1926, a policy of insurance, running for a period of one year, was issued to plaintiffs by defendant, wherein, respecting plaintiffs’ liability for personal injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, the company agreed “To insure the assured against loss by reason of the liability imposed by law upon the assured for damages on account of such injuries, and to pay and satisfy judgments finally establishing assured’s…
