Affirming.
On and prior to May 12, 1944, and for some four or more years prior thereto, the appellee, and plaintiff below, B. B. Hamilton, owned a farm on the Danville and Lancaster Pike located some four miles from Dan-ville. Upon it was a comparatively new residence building in which he and his family resided. Adjoining his farm there was operated a rock quarry by Caldwell & Company.
