T 1 Robert Keith Halley was tried in a non-jury trial before the Honorable Richard G. Van Dyck in the District Court of Grady County, Case No. CF-2004-147, and convict, ed of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in violation of 63 0.8.2001, § 2-402. The district court sentenced Halley to five years imprisonment with all but the first 45 days suspended. From this Judgment and Sentence, he appeals.
