In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Marie Bang and Patrick Sylvestre Nonos Bang appeal (1), as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (F. Rivera, J.), dated May 17, 2013, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and (2) from an order of the same court dated July 17, 2013, which granted the plaintiffs cross motion for summary judgment against them on the issue of liability.
