Before the Court are several matters which involve essentially similar legal issues. Ottawa Properties, Inc. (“Ottawa”) filed a motion for relief from stay in the chapter 11 case of Concord Square Apartments of Wood County, Ltd. (“Debtor”). The Debtor opposes that motion.
