MEMORANDUM OPINION

FRANK W. KOGER, Bankruptcy Judge.

FACTS

Before the Court in this Chapter 11 case are a number of issues related to the voting rights of certain members of an unsecured class of creditors under Debtors’ proposed plan of reorganization, as well as alleged irregularities attending those votes. These issues must be resolved before the Court can evaluate the more substantive aspects of the confirmability of Debtors’ Plan pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 1129.
