OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This is an action 1 in bankruptcy in which Plaintiff, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of Acme-Dunham Corporation, seeks to recover as preferences various payments made to four individuals — Ruth Shaines, Robert Shaines, Stuart Shaines and Howard Sib-son — and to an array of partnerships and corporations, whose principals were these same individuals.
