T1 Petitioner, Wanda Cummings (Claimant), seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Court order which, among other things, denied her request for temporary total disability (TTD) benefits.

12 Respondent, Armin Plastics (Employer), does not dispute Claimant suffered an employment related injury to her back on August 7, 1998. Employer; in fact, paid Claimant TTD benefits August 11-81, 1998, and from September 24th through October 9th, 1998, but denied TTD benefits for the period in controversy-November 5, 1998 through July 6, 1999.
