Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered March 13, 1974, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of possession of a weapon as a felony and petit larceny, unanimously modified, on the law, and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reversing defendant’s conviction of possession of a weapon and remanding the case for retrial on said charge. Except as so modified, said judgment is affirmed.
