Defendant was convicted after a jury trial of the crimes of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the third degree and possession of a dangerous weapon.
The facts are fully set forth in the dissenting opinion. The defendant was indicted for various crimes growing out of an incident which .occurred on March 26, 1971.
