This case was before the Supreme Court on an appeal from a judgment of nonsuit and that judgment was reversed. A second trial without a jury resulted in a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against all of the defendants and all of the defendants appeal. The general nature of the action and the relation of the several defendants thereto are set out in the opinion of the Supreme Court on the previous appeal (Ybarra v.
