GERSHON, District Judge:

Plaintiff Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) brought this action against defendant Samuel Pinter (“Samuel” 1 ), among others, in connection with a fraud and breach of contract carried out by Olympia Mortgage Corporation (“Olympia”). Olympia has been put into receivership by this court and has entered into a consent judgment with Fannie Mae concerning the breach of contract claim.
