MEMORANDUM & ORDER
SEYBERT, District Judge.
Currently pending before the Court are appeals from Lisa Ng and Charming Trading Company (“Ng and Charming Trading” or “Plaintiffs”) and from Stewart *232Adler (“Adler” or “Debtor”) arising out of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy action filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. For the following reasons, Plaintiffs’ appeal and Adler’s appeal are both DENIED and the Bankruptcy Court’s holdings are AFFIRMED.
