This action involves the claim for a mechanic’s lien upon an oil and gas leasehold estate. It appears the real property was owned by Alvin F. Tinsley and that the defendant, Fred U. T. Smith, was the owner of the oil and gas lease thereon, and that he had a well drilled on the property. The project became involved *124financially and a number of mechanic’s lien statements were filed with the clerk of the district court.
