Wheeler Transport Service, Inc.; Wynne Transport Service, Inc.; and Central Transportation Co., Inc., (all hereinafter protestants) timely appeal from an order of the Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) which affirmed the PSC’s previous order granting the application of CN Carriers, Inc. (CN), to transfer the common carrier operating rights of Schroetlin Tank Line, Inc. (Schroetlin), to CN.
