Baer Marketing International, Inc. (Baer Marketing), appeals a judgment against it and in favor of Graham Graphics, Inc. (Graham Graphics), for the remaining balance of a debt incurred for certain printing services for Cris Anne’s, a dried flower store. Baer Marketing alleges the trial court erred in finding that it was responsible for the debt rather than another company known as Baer Imports, Inc.
