This is an appeal from an order of the Nebraska State Railway Commission authorizing Samardick of Grand Island-Hastings, Inc., to engage in operations as a contract carried by motor vehicle to transport “Cash, letters, checks and other commercial papers, data processing materials, and other documents and records thereto re lated,” over two regular routes. The objector and appellant is B.D.C. Corporation, a common carrier, who contends that the order of the commission granting the application is not supported by evidence and is therefore unreasonable and arbitrary. We shall refer to the…
