Appellant Michael Dee Moseley appeals the judgment of the Benton County Circuit Court revoking his probation and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment of six years. For his sole issue on appeal, Moseley contends that the trial court erred in failing to dismiss the State’s petition to revoke for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.
