Appellant is currently on trial for allegedly receiving and possessing child pornography in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2000). This is our review of the Government’s successful appeal to the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals of the military judge’s ruling suppressing key evidence found on Appellant’s computer.
