Plaintiffs Daniel Parisi, Whitehouse.com, Inc., Whitehouse Network LLC, and White House Communications Inc. (collectively, “plaintiffs”) have brought this diversity action against seven defendants, including the booksellers Books-A-Million, Inc. (“BAM”), Barnes & Noble, Inc. and barnesandnoble.com 11c (collectively, “B & N”), and Amazon.com, Inc.
