This appeal challenges the validity of certain ancillary orders issued in a divorce case.
*711The controlling facts, as gleaned from the pleadings, the evidence, and the statements of court and counsel, are as follows:
Plaintiff and defendant were married on May 1, 1934. It was plaintiff’s third marital adventure. They took up their abode in Wichita.
