This is an appeal by the state corporation commission from a stay order, in the nature of a temporary injunction, granted by the district court of Stevens county, in which that court prohibited the commission from enforcing its basic gas proration order, which order was designed by the commission to form the basis, standard or guide, pursuant to which it proposed to fix the allowable production for the various gas wells in the Hugoton gas field.
