William H. Robison filed an application for the adjustment of compensation with the Industrial Commission charging that Margaret Robison, his wife, suffered an accidental injury while she was employed by the Weil-Kalter Manufacturing Company, and that the injury resulted in Mrs. Robison’s death. The arbitrator found that the employee had sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of her employment but denied compensation on the ground that the evidence failed to disclose a causal relation between the injury and death.
