This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court of Bond county in the sum of $1,500 in favor of appellee, Raymond Haberer (hereinafter called plaintiff), as against appellants, Moorman Manufacturing Company, a corporation, and Banner Hoffman (hereinafter called defendants). The cause was tried by a jury and the judgment was based on the verdict of the jury in the sum of $1,500.
