MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD N. DeGUNTHER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a Complaint for Equitable Relief and for Turnover of Funds, filed by Fulton State Bank (Bank). The Bank sought the recovery of certain real estate which was transferred by the Debtor, Kenneth G. Schipper, to the Debtor’s parents, George and Jennie Schipper (Parents), or a portion of the proceeds received in the subsequent transfer by the Parents. The Bank is represented by Attorney Thomas J.
