I. Introduction
Plaintiffs, Urban Outfitters, Inc., Urban Outfitters Wholesale, Inc., and Free People LLC (collectively, the “Urban Group”) moved on September 22, 2006 for this Court to enter a preliminary injunction to prevent Defendants BCGG Max Azria Group, Inc., Streetbeat Sportswear, Inc., and Max Rave LLC, from infringing on Plaintiffs’ “Free People” mark.
