On December 4, 2008, plaintiff Noasha LLC filed a complaint alleging that defendants Nordic Group of Companies, Ltd., Flambeau, Inc. and Duncan Toys Co. engaged in trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125, and also asserting state law claims for unfair competition and unfair and deceptive practices.
