Mary Kuna (Petitioner) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which denied her benefits. We affirm.
On May 25, 1984, a referees decision was issued which denied Petitioner benefits under Sections 401(d)(1) and 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). The Board affirmed the referees decision. Petitioner then appealed the Boards affirmance to this Court.
