This is a motion by Prentiss M. Brown, Administrator of the Office of Price Administration, based upon his petition verified July 27,1943, and the complaint herein, for an order “permitting Prentiss M. Brown as Administrator, Office of Price Administration, the applicant herein, to intervene in this action.”
