Lyon, J.

The judgment of the circuit court went upon the ground that it is essential to the validity of a will that it be attested and subscribed by two witnesses in the presence of each other, as well as in the presence of the testator. Our statute contains no such provision. It only requires that the will shall be “ attested and subscribed in the presence of the testator by two or more competent witnesses.” R. S., 650, sec. 2282.
