Mobley, Justice.

1. Ground one of the petition, as amended, to set aside the verdict and judgment contends that the verdict and judgment is contrary to the evidence and without evidence to support it because the wife condoned the alleged acts of cruelty.

In Brinson v. Brinson, 201 Ga. 540, 542 (2) (40 S.
