On June 21, 2017, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, by Judge Wallach, deactivated the appeals filed by defendants Perrigo Company and L. Perrigo Company (collectively, “Perri-go”). See Docket #319. Accordingly, before me now are Perrigo’s renewed motions for judgment as a matter of law and, in the alternative, motions for a new trial.
