SHANNON, Justice.

Appellee, Austin Supply & Drywall Co., Inc., sued appellant, Tracor, Inc., in the district court of Travis County concerning a sale of goods. Upon trial to the court, judgment for $1,678.87, including attorney’s fees, was entered in favor of appel-lee. We will affirm that judgment.
