Appellants, R. B. Willoughby, individually, and R. B. Willoughby and R. B. Wil-loughby, Jr., d/b/a R. B. Willoughby and Son, filed this suit against appellees, Ciba-Geigy Corporation (Geigy), Agricultural Supplies of Batesville, Inc. (Ag Supplies), and M. L. Coleman, seeking damages resulting from the use and application of a certain herbicide, Evik, to appellants’ 1974 corn crop.
