MEMORANDUM OPINION
Defendant, Controlled Concrete Products, Inc., has moved the Court for summary judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56. The issues before the Court are (1) whether the sale of ready-mix concrete by the Defendant to the Plaintiffs is a “sale of goods” within the ambit of the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.), 11A V.I.C. § 2 — 106; and (2) which statute of limitations is applicable to the above transaction. For the reasons that follow, the Court resolves the first issue in the affirmative, and with respect to the second issue concludes that the four-year statute of limitations…
