This matter came before the Court on a number of motions and countermotions and objections to motions. There was the motion to dismiss or convert the Chapter 11 filed by the largest creditor (Agribank) with objections filed by the debtor to Agri-bank’s motion to dismiss or convert. There was also a motion to dismiss by the United States Trustee, plus a motion by debtor to employ counsel, as well as to waive procuring workers’ compensation insurance.
