BLOCH, District Judge.
This is an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. On January 28, 1982, the debtor/appellee, Colony Square Company, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
