This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the crime of seduction under promise of marriage, as denounced by section 268 of the Penal Code, and from an order denying defendant’s motion for a new trial.
The defendant urges upon this appeal three points which were not included in the statement of points and grounds of appeal filed by him in the court below under the provisions of section 1247 of the Penal Code.
