This action was brought by plaintiff, Mattie E. Cal-laway, to recover possession of farm land owned by her from defendant, R. M. Nichols, a tenant remaining in possession after the expiration of his written lease. The justice court, in which the action was originally brought, rendered judgment for defendant, and plaintiff appealed to the district court, which rendered judgment in her favor. Defendant appeals.
