MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LASKER, District Judge.
Motorsport Engineering, Inc., d/b/a Majestic Cars, Ltd. (“Majestic”), brings this suit against Maserati, S.pA. (“Maserati II”), and Maserati North America, Inc. (“MNA”), alleging that it has been wrongfully deprived of its dealership selling new Maserati automobiles. Majestic successfully sold Maserati automobiles in Massachusetts during the late 1980s, but ceased to operate as a new car dealership when new Maserati automobiles were withdrawn from the North American market at the end of 1989.
